Jaycar Electronics Underwood

They have everything electrical you need and cords and lights and speakers microphones etc but the service from the 2 men that were there the day I went was terrible. They helped all the men without being asked but I had to go to them to ask for help as they did not approach me. They were also not that friendly or happy smiley lol.

Worst customer service ever. It's close to where I live, which is why I go there BUT Have been here 2 times and both times left annoyed and being told they cant/won't help us. Both these times we have left to find another place that WOULD help us and left their stores with exactly what Jaycar underwood sales people weren't even willing to help us look into. I've never said this before but I will never go back there! They literally make you feel like they just want you out of the store so they can talk amongst themselves.

Very disappointed. I attempted to return a rechargeable battery today which cost $56.95. It went flat once and then would not recharge. I explained this to Jessica who granted an exchange of the battery, only to note the invoice was over 12 months old, so then advised she would not grant the exchange. She asked another consultant their who advised batteries need to be charged on a regular basis to maintain them. Great information but would have helped if they had told me that in the first place as I was not aware. I also asked how to contact the manufacturer as this was not good enough only to be told, 'No, they are in China'. Very poor service as a one charge battery is definitely not good enough. We put the additional items we were about the purchase back and I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic knowledge and range. Beats most if not all places on price. You won't get name brand gear here but the quality is good. Would have given the full 5 stars however there is a staff member (she knows who she is) that doesn't mask up and will tell you that "THEY can't make you check in" or wear masks. And don't get her started on the virus, real nutter that one. My family and I have stopped using that store and instead have been driving the extra 15 minutes to the Browns Plains store where everyone follows the government health directions
